Excellent stay, attention to detail
sizeable room effective breakfast direct access
The room was generously sized to comfortably accommodate my family. Staff maintained it very well. I experienced a few minor issues . The staff responded quickly and catered to all my needs. The breakfast service was effective. The location provides direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, facilitating shopping and activities.
The air conditioning did not work as expected. The humidity levels felt very high in the room. This resulted in some discomfort during the night.

the location is convenient with access to the mall. the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was spacious and well designed with distinct areas.
the air conditioning in my room did not function correctly. i reported a smell in my original room to the reception. breakfast was not included and the price was unacceptable.

the service at breakfast was awful. waiting was long for drinks and also for food. i was woken up at 5am by drilling. when i called reception they said it wasn't the hotel and it was the mall but that wasn't true. no other room was provided. nothing complimentary given. it ruined my plans because i was so tired.
